Pricing Policy

SmileDrive Rent a Car is committed to transparent pricing. All applicable charges will be clearly explained before your reservation is confirmed.

1. Rental Fee Includes

Vehicle rental
Basic insurance coverage
Consumption tax

2. Additional Charges (if applicable)

ETC toll charges
Fuel charges
After-hours pickup or return service
Rental extension fees
Optional Peace of Mind Plan (¥3,000 per 24 hours)
Other optional services requested by the customer

3. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. Please return the vehicle with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, fuel charges and an administrative fee may apply.

4. ETC Toll Charges

Customers are responsible for all toll charges. If an ETC card provided by SmileDrive Rent a Car is used, the actual toll amount will be charged.

5. Rental Extension

If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply for late returns without prior approval.

6. After-Hours Service

An additional fee of ¥5,000 per hour applies for vehicle pickup or return outside our normal business hours.

7. Cancellation Charges

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for cancellation fees and refund conditions.

8. Pricing Transparency

SmileDrive Rent a Car believes in transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges. Any additional fees will be clearly explained before your reservation is confirmed.
