SmileDrive Rent a Car is unable to provide the confirmed rental vehicle due to operational reasons.
The reservation is cancelled within the period specified in our Cancellation Policy.
A duplicate or incorrect payment has been confirmed.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

Early return of the rental vehicle after the rental period has begun.
Cancellation after the applicable cancellation deadline.
No-show (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice).
The renter is unable to meet rental requirements, including failure to present a valid driver's license or required identification.
Fuel charges, toll fees, parking fees, traffic fines, cleaning fees, or any other charges incurred during the rental period.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If a bank transfer is required, any applicable bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund amounts related to reservation cancellations are calculated according to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Force Majeure

In the event that services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or public emergencies, SmileDrive Rent a Car will review each case individually and may offer rescheduling or a refund where appropriate.
