How It Works

A simple 4-step process for first-time renters

Booking & Inquiry

Please contact us via LINE, WhatsApp, or phone and let us know your preferred car, rental date, number of passengers, and pickup location.

Availability & Pricing Confirmation

We will confirm vehicle availability, rental fees, required documents, and the handover method based on your request.

Vehicle Handover

The car can be handed over at our store, a designated location, or the airport. Before departure, we will confirm the vehicle condition and basic usage with you.

Return

Please return the vehicle at the agreed location and time. If you need an extension, be sure to contact us in advance.

What To Do in Case of Accident or Breakdown

Please stay calm and follow these steps

Secure Safety First

Move the car to a safe place if possible and prioritize preventing any secondary accident.

Contact Police or Emergency Services

If an accident occurs, you must contact the police. If anyone is injured, please also call emergency services immediately.

Contact Our Store

Please inform us as soon as possible after any accident, breakdown, or unusual vehicle issue occurs.

Follow Staff Guidance

Our staff will explain the next steps, return procedure, and whether any alternative arrangement is available.
