Cancellation Policy
At SmileDrive Rent a Car, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure fairness for all customers, the following Cancellation Policy applies to all vehicle reservations.
1. Cancellation Charges

| 3–6 days before the rental date | 30% of the total reservation amount |
| 24–72 hours before the rental date | 50% of the total reservation amount |
| Within 24 hours before the rental date | 100% of the total reservation amount |
| No Show (Failure to collect the vehicle without notice) | 100% of the total reservation amount |
2. How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact SmileDrive Rent a Car before your scheduled pickup time by email, phone, or through our Contact page.
3. Refunds
If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable cancellation charges. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Reservation Changes
If you need to change your pickup date, time, or vehicle type, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Force Majeure
In the event that services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or public emergencies, SmileDrive Rent a Car may offer rescheduling or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
